Why Did God Create Shepherd of the Valley?

Tom_HartShepherd of the Valley was created to be a wellspring of the Living Water given in Christ. One of the important aspects of living into Christ’s purpose is the way it draws us back to the nurture and care of each other.

We are called to help one another drink from the wellspring of Living Waters so each one will be refreshed. We are called to help one another keep our wells full. And we are called to allow the Living Waters to flow through us. As we share we are drawn again to the well, where we drink and are refreshed; our wells are filled and emptied in an on-going cycle of living and sharing.
